The sales price were from $20,000 Twenty thousand dollars on upwards of $2,420,250 yes you read this correct Two million four hundred twenty thousand two hundred fifty dollars.

List Price were from $28,000 to $2,550,000 the average was $240,513

The Median price point was $170,950
