When you are ready to sell your property you will most likely call the local Realtor in your area and let them know you are thinking about selling your home.....

First thing off the bat here you must no longer look at your home as that it is an asset and must be looked at in that manner. A home is made up of the people and the time they spend their making memories. Your potential buyer would like to do just that but not yet....

Buyers are savvy these days they look at what is available and what price points how long it has been on the market... has it been on the market with several Realtors and at what price point it has been listed at before....
